Every day, an average of 2,000 people buy a new Toyota vehicle. Before the Toyota Owners Welcome project, initiated by RAPP LA, Toyota had no cohesive way to communicate with new owners. We changed that with a data-driven integrated campaign that included email, direct mail and personalized video starring a megabyte size version of Toyota’s spokeswoman.
